Spencer Named Logistics Supervisor for Brock Grain Systems

Logistics Supervisor
MILFORD, Indiana, U.S.A. — Brad Spencer has been named Logistics Supervisor for Brock Grain Systems Kansas City location, according to Jason Freeman, Plant Manager for the CTB Inc. business unit. In his new role, Spencer will lead, manage and coordinate warehouse processes and activities, including both shipping and receiving, to ensure customer expectations and company goals are met. He will be responsible for setting and implementing logistical parameters and key performance indicators to meet departmental goals, among other duties.
Prior to joining CTB, Spencer gained over 20 years of experience in various supervisor and management roles in the LTL trucking industry. Some of his key responsibilities included managing day-to-day operations of LTL freight terminals, planning and execution of loading delivery trailers, scheduling dock employees, and more. He has a strong record of on-time deliveries and low staff turnover.
A native of Mansfield, Texas, Spencer now resides in Excelsior Springs, Missouri.
