Haden Named Recruiter for LeMar Industries

DES MOINES, Iowa, U.S.A. — Lynn Haden has been named Recruiter for LeMar Industries, a Division of CTB Midwest Inc., according to Michelle St. John, Human Resources Generalist for CTB, Inc. In her new position, Haden will research, develop, and implement all phases of the hourly recruitment and onboarding process as well as source, interview, and hire candidates for LeMar.

Prior to joining CTB, Lynn gained 10 years of experience as a loan operations manager for a home mortgage company in Des Moines, Iowa. In this position, she recruited, interviewed, hired, and managed teams of processors, analysts, and production personnel among other loan-related activities.

Haden is a graduate of Truman State University, Kirksville, Missouri, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree.

A native of Des Moines, Iowa, she currently resides in Johnston, Iowa.
