Brock Provides Training Schools For Grain Dryer Service Technicians

Brock service technicians attend Brock grain dryer training school to learn electrical wiring, set-up and start-up procedures for Brock’s full line of commercial and on-farm grain dryers.  A total of 169 service technicians representing 69 Brock dealerships attended the training sessions held in five states.

MILFORD, Indiana, U.S.A. — Brock Grain Systems recently held eight training schools to provide in-depth training to Brock dealer service technicians responsible for servicing Brock’s full line of commercial and on-farm grain dryers and dryer controllers. Basic and intermediate classes were provided to a total of 169 service technicians representing 69 Brock dealerships. The classes were held at various sites in Pennsylvania, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, and South Dakota.

Trainees participating in the basic level classes were taught set-up and start-up procedures for Brock’s grain dryers. Basic electrical wiring was also included as well as how to read wiring diagrams. The basic class also covered set-up and start-up procedures for the Brock QUANTUM® and SPECTRUM® dryer controllers.

Service technicians participating in the intermediate classes received in-depth, hands-on training in advanced electrical wiring and troubleshooting procedures for Brock grain dryers as well as for the Brock QUANTUM Controller.
